Congratulations to one of our recent newlyweds, Deborah and Brandon!

Deborah and Brandon were so happy with their decision to get married at Paradise Cove, Point. The swaying palm trees, deep blue ocean and green mountain views are breath-taking and exciting.  It also gives one that feeling of calm and peace.

He romantically proposed to her on New Years Eve of 2019 knowing it was her favorite holiday!

This was Deborah’s “one and only” and Brandon’s second wedding.

Deborah and Brandon have also traveled around a lot, Deborah with her family and Brandon in the military.  They don’t have big families but they have many close friends. Neither one of them had ever visited Hawaii and wanted to keep the wedding small with family and their closest friends.

With all of those factors in mind they decided that a destination wedding in Hawaii was a great choice!

However, due to unforeseen circumstances and many starts and stops with the travel plans,  they almost gave up. Deborah’s mom started researching venues and found the perfect venue at Paradise Cove and A Rainbow in Paradise Weddings as the coordinator.

Deborah writes:

“Everything about my wedding day was all I had ever envisioned and even more than

I expected.  We had meetings with quite a few day-of wedding coordinators before we found Kalona of A Rainbow in Paradise. With my past experience of 10+ years of wedding coordination myself, I knew that is was so important for me to have a coordinator on the day of my wedding.

Right from the beginning, Kalona was honest and straight to the point enough for me to feel confident that she would be my wedding coordinator. It also helped that she knew the venue well and the staff. I appreciated her style and passion for the wedding industry.

Thanks to Kalona for making it so EASY. I was able to focus on myself the day of my wedding because she and her team made sure everything was all ready and in place.”

The Royal box seats were perfect for Deborah and Brandon’s small reception of family and friends. We rearranged the tables just for their party giving them a much more private space. The tables were simply decorated with fresh tropical flowers making it warm and inviting for the joyful celebration!

Deborah and Brandon were finally able to see their Hawaii destination dream wedding come true! We wish you all the best life has to offer in the coming years.
