Authentic Hawaiian Ceremony The Hawaiian islands are made up of a chain of volcanic land masses.
Oahu, Kauai, Molokai, Maui, Lanai, Niihau, Kahoolawe and Hawaii.
They have been known to give one a sense of great spiritual connection whether you live here or are visiting.
These islands have a sacredness and beauty that is vast, breath taking and unsurpassed. This is why many couples choose to have a ceremony that reflects this rich spiritual connection and power (mana).
The Hawaiian ceremony can open with a conch shell to call and honor our ancestors, the people of Hawaii and the aina (land) we all love. It may also be opened upwith music and hula as in our Heart of Hawaii Celebration.
The Hawaiian Minister or Kahu will then perform a sacred chant which speaks of the blessings and wisdom for the couple and their families. There are also several blessings in the ceremony which include the exchanging of lei, water blessing, ti leaf blessings, sand ceremony and Hawaiian pule (prayer). We also offer a Hawaiian Luau for larger parties after the celebration. This is usuallydone at a private estate. We are happy to create the ceremony and wedding that you envision, here is paradise.
